Reborn Play Dolls For Children

I have had customers bring to my attention that Little Girls would also like to own a reborn baby.  My Reborn Play Dolls are created with a child in mind.  I have taken precautions to make the baby child safe and friendly.   

How they are created.

Reborn Play dolls are created using manufactured dolls not doll kits.  They range in size from 5 inches to 22 inches with the average play doll usually being 14 inches.  I use Berenguer Lots to Love, Lots to Cuddle and Newborn Moments dolls to create my Play dolls.  The baby is then painted with non-toxic Genesis Heat Set Paints, a quality wig is then applied to the baby and the baby is made cuddly soft with high grade poly-fiber.  

Some parents would like the hair rooted instead of a wig.  I can accomodate this.  However, Berenguer dolls have the grooved molded hair this will first have to be removed which is a very time consuming task.  Then the mohair has to be purchased and rooted.  This procedure will increase the cost of the doll.  Pricing will depend on the size of the doll and how much hair will be needed.  

Magnets

I do not add magnets to my Reborn Play Dolls because of the choking risks involved.  However, you may request a magnet to be added if you feel your child is old enough.  As the parent you are the one that knows your child the best.  Only you will be able to determine is the magnet poses a safety risk to your child.  The magnets are smaller than the size of a dime.  A magnet is glued on the inside of the head behind the mouth area.  The pacifier nipple is cut off and another magnet is glued to that. 

  The baby will come home with a Birth Certificate with the name of the doll that you and your child chooses and your child's name in the parent section.  Fake Milk Bottle, 2 diapers, Baby Blanket and 1 outfit.

Prices will vary depending on the doll that is chosen. 

You will get to choose open or closed eyes, boy or girl, color of hair,  color of eyes and skin coloring, White, African American, Asian, Hispanic, American Indian.  

Payment plans are available.  I require a 50% non-refundable downpayment on all of my babies.  This money is used to purchase the materials that you haven chosen to create your baby. 

Reborn Play Dolls are designed for Children.  While they are painted with the same details as my collector babies the vinyl itself does not have the same details as a more expensive kit that is used for the collector dolls.

The pictures below are all of play dolls. The first picture of twins were made from Paradise Galleries Dolls. The African American Girl was changed into the African American Little Boy.  They are the same doll but with a change of a wig they look nothing alike! The Fourth picture of the little girl is also a Paradise Galleries doll.  She simply had her hair changed.  The Fifth picture is also a Paradise Galleries Baby that was completly reborned. The sixth , seventh and eighth pictures are all Berenguer Babies.  That have been reborned.

All of these babies have been adopted.  Each of my babies are one of a kind.  You may see the same face but you will never see the same details.
